Same losers using someone else’s name

annonymous I got several calls from this number on my cell phone. One day I decided to pick it up and find out what company it was. There was silence for quite a long time until I asked who it was. A man said for "Katherine". I told him he got a wrong number and please do not call a***n. He kept asking for "Katherine". I said this is my cell phone and there's no Katherine here. Instead of apologizing, he made very nasty comments and ***g up on me.

My elderly mother got a text msg yes****ay (how she figured to read it is beyond me) in regards to her credit card account security being compromised, with instructions to call 847-382-1400.  She called and got an answering ma****e for "O'Donnell Law Firm".  She later realized it was probably a scam and called me.  I called the number today and the girl at the "law firm" said their phone lines had been hacked yes****ay and they were also "victims".  I am registering a complaing with the Illinois Atttorney General.  http://www.illinoisattorneygeneral.gov/consumers/index.html
