Someone called from 858-384-9663 said they were a legal company and had the last 4 digets of my ss. wouldn't tell me who was suing and got her superviser on the phone. he told me he already had a lot of info on me and finally told me first advance was suing me over a on-line loan I don't even have. On-line loans take the money out of your bank account and I have never had this company take the money out. I told him if he tryed to touch my disability check I would sue him. He ***g up on me. I just called back and he said my phone number wasn't on his records. I told him he was running a scam and he will be reported and will go to jail.

My husband has trouble with them too. They are very aggressive. They almost had him and even convinced our local police they are legit. The FTC told us this is a scam. We filed a compliant and ignore them, but they keep calling.

Just recvd a call from this number on my voice mail, could not understand a word he said but that it was conerning a legal matter that I need to resolve.   This is the same company that has called me before with a different number each time!!!!
