Claimed to be from Citibank. When I told them this isn’t my bank number, he said they c****ed their number and this is it now. Called my bank and they advised me this is a scam caller and to never answer a***n!

Concerned on West Coast I have received 15 calls from this number since the beginning of March. They never leave a message. It is not a number I recognize so I don't answer it. They s**** early, before 8:30 AM and call several a day.

They are ****** girls who do out dated and poorly acted prank calls. And if u decline most likely they will call back about 6 times.

This number calls me 3 times per day. Every time I answer, ***ody is on the line. The caller ID just says 'Kentucky'

I have been  getting up to 8 calls a day from 859-283-8017 on my cell phone in WA state. I have answered and no one is there. I have also called it back and no one will answer it there either. Whose number is this number?

I finally answered after days of calls. Claims to be Citibank. Trouble is operator today said they are in the Philippines! Was calling on overdue payment. However, they are calling about a card that apparently was stollen and I already talked to fraud protection of Citi. So I don't know who is the REAL Citi ! Wow, this is like a mystery movie. Maybe my call to Citi fraud protection was also handled in Phil and they are really criminals getting new cards sent out to them, not customers? If I did not owe them so much, I would close account forever. Instead I do not use it. That way ALL charges, except interest. will be fraudulent. Not sure how to get around annual fee.

This number calls often and ID shows FLORENCE, KY - what idiot keeps making calls that never get answered???????   so very glad for caller ID.

telephone rings at the house; when answered, there is silence; so after a few vocal prompts of "hello" we have to **** up...very irritating
