called my cell, no msg
They called my parents' house last night, while I happened to be visiting for dinner. My mom answered, they asked for me and she said I didn't live at that address. I took the phone anyway to see why anyone would be calling that house (I haven't lived there in over 4 years). It was someone claiming to be from Publisher's Clearing House calling about a due balance. I have one due, but he s****ed asking for my credit card number or bank info to process payment over the phone. I know from past experience that the number to call and pay over the phone is NOT a CT number, it's toll-free AND automated. It sounded really shady, and I have been missing mail lately, so I refused to give him any of my information. I plan on reporting to the fraud department at PCH.
Got a call from this number, no vm left. They called a***n from a different # and when i answered it was a bill collector.
Called my cell. Left a VM. No company identified but it was a bill collector.
Called me on my cellphone. No message left.
