This phone number was asking personal information about a member of our family who is already deceased. They were saying they were an****et management company. They were were saying their name really fast every single time I asked their name and they wouldn't tell me what the did.

Unknown This is a new debt collection agency in and around the same location as the county seat in bartow polk county florida. There numbers are similar to polk county sheriff and uses thiis as an additional fear tactic to call and intimadate with false claims of fraud for old debt that is past the statute of limitations under florida and federal debt law. Report false claims of fraud to polk county sheriff. Even if a debt is valid, no debt collector is legally permitted to make up lies or make false statements to anyone.

Answered a call from a male who said he was glad to have reached me and needed to verify my date of birth.  I refused and asked him what he wanted.  He would not tell me why he was calling other than to say that by federal law he could not give me any information and that I needed to give him my date of birth.  I then ***g up on him.

This "Paul" is probably one of them who know about this website and is trying to speak up for them. Dude..give it up. They're horrible people. They called my cell phone and my little girl answered thinking they were someone else. They cursed HER out..MY CHILD. I got on and gave them a piece of my mind. They called back 30 times today alone. By the way..friend is spelled f-r-i-e-n-d. Go back to your country ****.
