Well it seems like they call you a few times first to tell you your going to be sued and they give you a chance to call them back and take care of it. If you ignore the calls they have you served with court papers and they sue you. Atleast that's what's happening to me. I didn't call them back after about 2 weeks of them calling me so they got mad and now they are going to sue me I guess. Oh well. I owe everyone money so I don't really care but yeah just to clear some things up they will sue you! I have a court date coming up and I might just leave the country!
