We are a third party vendor for Verizon Wireless. We are not a collections agency. We are calling to****ist you in renewing your contract with Verizon WIreless and can get you some promotions that are not available in the stores or online. Our computer dialer dials the calls, it is not a person sitting at a desk dialing out. The national do not call list does not apply here because you have a relationship with Verizon Wireless. This gives them or anyone hired by them the right to call you to offer you any promotions they have. The number that is dialed is one the customer has given at the time of signing up with the service. IF you would like to c****e that number please call customer service and do so. We can not call on any other number. If you would like to be taken out of our system please tell us and we will be more than happy to do that as well.
