SCAM!! I paid my excel bill yes****ay with credit card. They put you to a INDIA call center automatic computer payment. Someone at Excel center in India took my info and called back today and tried to scam me into repaying. I called Excel and told them. They SAID they filed an incident and that this had been happening a LOT. Excel is helping them rob us!! I'm going to the Top and report this
