It is their energy efficient program where you get a free kit of light bulbs, night lights, and other cool things to help you save on electricity. First Energy is the parent company, and there's several companies under them (I have MetEd). Each customer is allowed 1 kit, but under certain cir***stances (like if you are low income) you can get 1 a year. They called me a***n today asking if I wanted another kit as I qualifed for another one. The cost of lightbulbs has gone up a lot, so of course I'll take free ones. I answered and they were calling from Penn Power. Verified address and are sending a free Energy Saver kit.
