They s**** a number that shows up on your phone. The phone doesnt ring, this robo dialer gets straight to your voice mail and leaves a recorded message from 'Brian' about an auto warranty deal they have to extend your current expiring warranty. I DO NOT HAVE AN AUTO WARRANTY. They pretend like you already have an existing relationship with them, but you do not. Do not fall for this scam!!!

Kristen It's the electric company. It's not a collections call. It is their energy efficient program where you get a free kit of light bulbs, night lights, and other cool things to help you save on electricity. First Energy is the parent company, and there's several companies under them (I have MetEd). Each customer is allowed 1 kit, but under certain cir***stances (like if you are low income) you can get 1 a year. They called me a***n today asking if I wanted another kit as I qualifed for another one. The cost of lightbulbs has gone up a lot, so of course I'll take free ones.
