Leave a CommentHillary Coleman called from 888-257-3157 claiming felony complaint filed and left a message. Called them back to advise their number was forwarded to local District Attorney office and to Texas Ranger fraud investigation help. Robert got really mad and told me to call anyone I wanted, got aggressive, and wanted to know who I was. Clearly not a legit business so ***g up on him. They need to be shut down.
Wife received a phone call claiming Lawyer Fraud and will be submitting charges to the authorities a***nst my wife. Claiming she will be arrested tomorrow. Call came from this number. 856-283-3172. Susan Cossatta was her name calling from Diversified Processing. Her mother received a call from 888-257-3157 making the same claims about my wife. My favorite is the legal services they tried to direct me to. Horizon Legal Services their phone number is 614-407-0068.
On 11/10/2015 we received this call from 1-888-257-3157 claiming that our daughter by stating her name was being looked for fraud charges a***nst her. Without going in to details supposedly she used someone else's iden***y to open a bank account and withdrawal money. Then, this person gave us the 1-614-407-0068 number to talking the other parties attorney to settle the case and also asked for SSN and DL number. Total LIE & FRAUD. It's a scam. I am calling the cops now. Hope this helps to others.
I got the same message left on my phone and my mom phone. Ms Adams said she was calling from Everest processing. That I had 72 hours to respond. That warrant would be taken out if I call 8882573157 . The number that showed up on caller I'd was 7047404819. I didn't call just waiting to see what happen because this is third time they called saying I would be arrested and each time with different name for the company. The first time I did call and they tell me they didn't have any information that I need to call a legal service in west ******ia never been to west ******ia. They are trying to scare people into giving them money
I received a call from a woman named Susan Cossatta who said she was calling from a 3rd party company called Diversified Processing stating that there are charges going to be filed a***nst me tomorrow. She said there was an account opened in my name with my social security number and that there was "wire fraud on a financial ins***ution" I advised her this is the first time I was hearing about it and asked for more information and she said the affidavit was sealed and won't be open until it is "presented to the judge" tomorrow and then a warrant for my arrest was going to be issued. She said she is located in Kershaw County, SC. I've never been to South Carolina. I recently moved from one state to another, so I asked what address she had on file. She claims it is included in the "sealed affidavit" .... She said I would be arrested and arraigned... Scared me ****less because I never heard anything about this. She told me to call "Horizon Legal Services" at 614-407-0068 and to give them my name and I will be directed to which attorney was "appointed to my case." First off, I'm pretty sure I would have been contacted by them directly. Second, I did a lot of sear****g and neither companies are legit. This is fraud. I checked my credit score and what "debt" I have and all is exactly as it should be. I have a feeling if I called that number they would ask me for my social security number and that's what the scam is. To steal your iden***y! I guess I'll wait and see if they are going to **** on my door with the Sheriff when they don't even know where I live. PLEASE BE CAREFUL!!! I hope this helps someone.
I just received this same message today saying I will have a warrant for my arrest on Nov. 15th. Is there anyway to turn these guys in or go back after them because I had a very similar situation happen about four years ago and they contacted the same friend.it
Scam from "process server" attempting to collect money. "Miss Coleman" called from 405-246-0376, a landline in OK per caller ID, saying she was in Orange County, CA and my friend had one day to pay up before she filed for an arrest warrant in Florida where the alleged event took place. We cannot figure out how they go my number in Texas for the call to my friend, and also got her brother's number in NJ where a similar voice mail message was left. Told us the return call number was to 888-257-3157. Both lines go to an answering service for "General Processing". Caller said she was calling fro Diversified Processing.
