iPhone User Received email with this fraudulent # and invoice per porting to be PayPal. Reported to actual PayPal Customer Service, who confirmed scam operation.

Caller never identified themselves, just that my account had been hacked and provided a number to call them at to correct the problem. Call to that number revealed more robo-questions and scammer-babble BS. Blocked.
