Spoke with 2 men and one woman who was identified as "Katie".

It’s a debt collector from Ohio not sure for what?
Karen Answered call from 8883031966, kept saying*****o as no one would respond. Then rude lady came on stating she was State Collections. I told her I never heard of that. She stated I was being recorded and she was from State Collections. I told her she was being recorded, never heard of State Collections, you must be a scam since you blocked your caller ID. I told her if she called a***n I would report them to the Attorney Generals office, FTC and FCC along with filing harassment charges. She ***g up on me.
