Leave a CommentATT is the worst service provider. I wish I had cancelled and switched. I have had billing problems since March, when I tried to consolidate all my lines. Next time, new carrier!
This is poor practice on AT&T's behalf, but they call and tell you that important c****es are needed on your AT&T Mobile account and that you need to call them back. The "important" c****e is that your contact is up and you're eligible for an upgrade. They make it seem like so****ing is wrong with the account. You can safely ignore them.
