Leave a CommentATT is the worst service provider. I wish I had cancelled and switched. I have had billing problems since March, when I tried to consolidate all my lines. Next time, new carrier!
This is poor practice on AT&T's behalf, but they call and tell you that important changes are needed on your AT&T Mobile account and that you need to call them back. The "important" change is that your contact is up and you're eligible for an upgrade. They make it seem like something is wrong with the account. You can safely ignore them.
