Clear Balance; Western Alliance - very rude and absurd rules. Won't accept a payment from us unless my husband personally calls, which ain't gonna happen - he signed HIPAA form giving me permission, and they ignore, so guess they won't be getting paid. Avoid this company and deal directly with your hospital.
