Leave a CommentThey stated that there has been a c****e of status in the account under "my name". Then asked to please call her back at 888-488-0032. Then they ***g up. I needed to replay the message 4 times in order to understand the entire message. This was because she spoke in a quieter voice and really fast.
Seems to be a Ziply Fiber call. No one ever said anything when I answered. I finally ***g up after saying*****o 3 times
Ziply Fiber took over for Frontier Communications. They were calling about a past due amount on my bill. I ignored the mailed notice because I thought it was junk mail.
Answered the call, said*****o multiple times and heard nothing until they ***g up.
They were calling regarding a past due balance which actually was legit. It did take awhile for a response when I answered call.
