Yup this is a collection agency. Just paid my electric bill with them. The guy said a computer calls restricted because people who screen their calls don't answer if they see a collection agency calling. Pretty simple if you don't like paying your bills don't answer.
Correction: It's a collection agency, CBCS. Most of the time they will show as Restricted on my caller ID in which case I will not answer. This number is their actual toll free number that they don't like giving out. :P
Had a call from them on 6/30 and one today 8/5. They never leave voicemail. The first time I got a call from them, I called the number back a bit later and a guy answered. The way he answered sounded like it might be some kind of business, but I didn't catch his name, or the business name. Called a***n on 8/5 after business hours and got a recording saying they were closed. The recording doesn't state the name of the business or what their "normal business hours" are. Seems rather dubious to me.
