Call came from Honolulu, Hawaii. Person could hardly speak English & wanted info about my tv cable hookup. I asked for a call/back number & she gave me (888)612-9409. When I called back it was a fake number.
Locked up computer with a false report of problems with windows defender. CLAIMS to be Microsoft, they are not. Unable to prove, who they are. Number shows absolutely NOTHING. While trying to identify, they then s****ed ****** language in their INDIAN-English cl***** failed most. It was obvious. Screen locks their screen with a phone number that does NOT show as legitimate. REFUSES, or unable to provide EVEN a legitimate number. Also, got a return call from Alpharetta GA. (470) 922-6703 caller. Microsoft and their Indian Accent keeps coming through. Poor English class.
