They've called before wanting to do student loan debt counseling. Said I was "behind in payments" which I pointed out was impossible as I do automatic payment every month. Asked them to take my name off their list and they are STILL calling!

AM I'm glad I did a google search on SB investigations before calling them back. They have been calling my cell everyday leaving messages stating that it's very important that they speak with me regarding a bank fraud. I became nervous, I thought maybe some used my information for so****ing .... But, after reading all the comments I know its someone calling regarding a debt. I never answer 800#, unknown or 000000. I check my voice mail and its always calls from SB Investigations Officer Banks from phone# 1800-708-1057. if they continue to contact you by phone and do not receive a response, then you should receive a letter from the company you owe the debt.
