W Lockhart Calls for the past 2 weeks, sometimes twice a day. Have asked that they stop calling and was told they would continue until Citibank account was resolved. Spoke with collection representative Carla and her supervisor Marissa.This Citibank account is already in a payment plan through another agency, and has been current since entering the debt payment plan with First Financial in Clearwater, FL.What legal recourse do I have.
conni had a charge of 9.99 on VERIzON for premium messages. scam with unanswered text message, unopened, so the scam is if you don't answer, you are signed up. VERIZON VERY VERY UNCOOPERATIVE, REFUSES TO GIVE ME ANY INFORMATION ABOUT SCAM, REFUSES CREDIT, AND REFUSES ANY HELP. I AM TAKING MY NUMBER AND GOING ELSEWHERE.
