Just got a call from this number, they called my job and told my co-worker how they've tried to serve me twice already and that if I don't receive the last subpoena, they will take me to court. First of all, I don't remember owing anyone anything at this point. Secondly, isn't it illegal to tell other people the business of the call but the actual person they need to contact?!!! I work for a law firm and I know how papers are served.. and the funny thing is that I'm the first person to receive them. Seriously, attempted 2 times... I doubt it. I'm not sure if I should call them or just wait for them to "serve" me a***n today. Let's see if they send it over.
