Resurgent LLC PYOD LLC It’s saying I owe plains commerce in 2007 I don’t know this bank because not located in Dallas it’s located Sioux Falls ,SD I never lived there so is why I don’t respond to this calls or letters I did my homework and call the bank plains commerce bank in S.D and they say no never had that bank and I try open account yes to see if I’m in the systems and couldn’t because I don’t live in the state I live in Dallas plus this old debt was in 2007 and now it’s 2024 about 17 yrs ago and Texas laws limitations to be due is 4 yrs and way more than 4 yrs and this isn’t correct I did my homework plains commerce bank is not located in Dallas it’s in Sioux S.D another state. So my right not to respond to this letter because not me.

just got a call from these idiots. took about 5 minutes for them to admit it was a sales call and they wanted money from us. before I even asked them not to call a***n they told me they didn't have a do not call list. what I want to know is who the***** is actually giving companies like this money? it's like spam emails if people would just stop making this nonsense profitable it wouldn't waste all of our time
