This is a message from AAC regarding an open investigation pertaining to (insert ***her's name here) to verify location information. please contact the issuer at 888-845-2148 and reference case file (insert probably fake case file here) to prevent further escalation. Not including name of case number in case of the small possibility that this is not a scam. But i'm going for it is.
I received a postcard with no return address or name of who it was from. The postcard said I had $100 reward to claim for either Walmart or target with a telephone # and when I call they answer saying, " are you calling about the 100 reward" . As soon as I reply with " I'm calling about the postcard I received on the mail" and they just ***g up on me. I called back several times & same thing.
This is a scam.They claim to have c rented under my name HOUSTON, Car was full of ******e. Apparently no arrest the record of mine was usd, but they claimed to have warrants for me but would not give warrant number
