It's EKOS Research, a notable polling firm that regularly conducts research surveys in Ca***a. Just **** up if you don't want to parti****te, but they may try a***n if you simply ignore their call and don't answer the phone. Beyond that, it's spam but not a scam.

never fooled They have been calling me for months asking for someone named "Sonny Price" that is not me. They went on about how they are going to press charges. the first time a lady called I let her know I am not "Sonny Price" and to please leave me alone... bet they kept calling saying they had my SS# and band account and were going after me... I laughed as I knew they could not have this info since they did not even get my name right, most likey "Sonny Price" owned the phone number before me, or they just made it up. I called back asking to have them stop calling me and the guy I spoke to was FURIOUS that I had called him and asked him to stop calling. He claimed first that they never call anyone for more then 2 weeks (I have records proving otherwise) he claimed he was a lawyer and this was a federal so****ing or other raising his voice and theatening me.I told her I would get a real lawyer and sue them is they did not stop, I did not take him seriously and he got so mad he ***g up. He then called back trying still very mad and telling me he had not called since last month (a***n I have call records to prove other wise) and I just ***g up on him. they are a scam and I do not pretend to know the depth of their lies and decit but I have decided to go after them in court as they have been harassing me for over 6 months. I am setting paper work in motion and the next time they call, I will record them. it is important to let someone know they are being recorded before you do it of course but once I disclose that I can use any tape I make of them in court. from what I understand I can sue them for up to 3 times what they are going after me for.
being annoyed Automated call asks for my password and press the star key. Sent a text message Stop calling me, you have the wrong number. DID NOT HELP. Ended up turning off my cell phone to stop the number from calling me every 30 seconds.
