Automated female voice at this number after a fraudulent charge of $89.87 on my Capitol One CC.

Says it's from Verizon and to claim your gift. Click on it and it takes you to what looks like the Verizon website but it's really a screen**** of it. Asks you for your CC info. They first charge you $1 then you get charged $89.97 a couple of days later. It's fraud.
