I had a charge on my capitalone account. for 89.87 from bitbugeting. I reported as fraud. I never made this charge...and they attempted every month for 3 months until the charge actually posted and I had to call to dipute... because the other times I received a text message alert from capitalone on the charge and I replied "no" it wasn't my charge.
Hacked into my credit card account . Never used the card with them.
They just kept **** up

Caller stated she had a pending loan for me for $37,000, though I do not have any loan request pending. When I called back the girl who answered was RUDE and ***g up on me!
After an unauthorized charge of $89.87 to my debit card, this number came up in my bank account as "NEXUSBUDGET8887191464" When i calked it saying "Thank you for calling customer service department. Your call is very important to us. Please stay on the line for the next available agent." And then, "Your estimated hold time is 2 min.....one min and 30 seconds.....one minute....20 seconds...and then.....goodbye." I called three times and the same times were given each time.
"My name is Dominic Harper contacting you regarding a complaint in my office being considered for legal action. Contact the firm at 888-719-2456 with any questions or concerns regarding case number ######. No contact may result in a decision made perhaps without your consent." Call them and demanded I confirm my name and date of birth.
I found $89.87 beinfg paid to this number which also says "FastFit" in my checking acct. I have no idea who or what it is for.
It is Capital Management Services...collections misrepresenting themselves
