I applied for the debt consolidation, to be a debt free. I thought they can help me about my debt but after I figured it out, it's not helping. They asked me to fee $300.00 as initial payment, and then $173.00 monthly for five years. After I figured it out that I am in the hole for this for five years and having the interest rate of 18% it is worst than having a credit card debt. So, to make the story short after a week of thinking about it, if I am going to continue of paying them monthly or not, I decided to cancel it. I talked to some name Eddie Beck and I even sent him an e-mail to cancel my agreement with them. He said, okay I will inform them (he's going to inform all my creditors that i cancelled my application with them). I did not get any confirmation of cancellation. I thought, I'm okay with the debt resolution agency. After a month I checked my bank account they got my money out of our bank account. I contacted this legal helpers debt resolution many times, but it is just disconnecting. I was thinking that this is a big SCAM. So, I contacted my bank to cancel any transaction coming from them and they did a dispute about it and I am waiting for the result from my bank. Anyway the Legal Helpers Dedt Resolution has another name under the name (FIRM) and under the Logo they are using the law firm of Macy, Aleman, Hayslips & Searns. I tried to contact this law firm also under the number 8669632354, they transfer me to Eddie Beck's extension number I didn't get through but they want me to leave a message. The lady that I talked to even transfer me to Eddie Beck's manager named Lawrence Sean or Shawn and still the same. I had to leave a message also. Until this moment I did not get any calls from them.
