Car warranty scam. I actually got a letter, not a phone call, but the letter said to call that number and was signed by Steve Garrett, probably a fake name. Neither the letter nor the envelope had a return address. No legitimate company operates that way.
this is a harassing caller who also uses the number 865-210-8803. They call from one number., and keep calling back and forth. Their voicemail states "you have reached our corporate offices" .
