Suddenlink confirming my installation date and time. Authentic.
Not suddenlink. They asked to speak to my clinic manager. When I said manager not available they asked for manager's name and address so they can call back. I refused to provide this information and they ***g up.
SuddenLink Communications: pre-recorded message alerting me of an Internet upgrade happening to my account.
This was Suddenlink cable telling me about an planned outage upgrade.
