Left a robocall voice message, saying they were Amcol Systems, a debt collector, and that I should call them back at that number. I think it might be a scam to get my private info.

Lee These debt collector has been calling my phone number looking for someone who has not lived here since 2003. I have told them numerous times and yet, they continue to call and left message. Do they actually expect to find a renter who has left since 2003? These people need to get a clue here.
