This is a scammer. He goes by the name of Ken but is from India, saying that he's from Tech Support and there are problems with your com****r. Do not fall for this. He will say he's from Microsoft or any other tech support company. Will try to sell you software that doesn't exist. **** up on him and save your money.

Member They are calling to sell you cheap vacation packages. The catch is you have to attend a 2 hour timeshare sales presentations. I have received 7 calls from them in 4 days, I have since blocked the number.
