Just received a message from so called Officer John Brown, i returned his call and his supervisor Charles Green told me my social was black listed and drivers license was revoked and the police were going to pick me up and they are calling my job and get me fired. Also said that i needed a lawyer for court on friday or pay $7000.00 to take care of this. Be aware of Charles Green stating he is John Browns supervisor. As soon as i told him that their names were popular online he ***g up on me.

This so called officer Brown told my wife she would be arrested in 2 hours. he is looking for in fo do not give him any info its a scam i'm a Police officer he is not !!! an officer would not talk to any one like that, nor would he say the things he said to me when i contacted him. I would also like to know, why this ^%$^& has not been arrested for, Harassment, impersonation of an officer and there are a few more charges there. he needs to be stopped!!

These people are crazy. They continue to call me looking to collect a debt. These people have harrassed me so much in the last hour. I have 18 calls directly from this number. I have reported this to the Tennessee general attorney and I am tracking the phone calls to take the necessary steps to prosecute them. I hope this company rots in***** and goes bankrupt!!! No one should have to tolerate nonsense like this. I wish everyone luck that these people stop calling you.

I keep getting calls from this number and 877-333-0713 regarding so****ing with cashnetlinks not alloweda. Both companies have given different amounts. The account they are referring to is dealing with fraud from that account and they are threatening to take me to court for bad checks, that I know nothing about. I have no charges being filed a***nst me in any of the courts locally. Finding out this is all a scam.

DO NOT send them any money or even bother with them. I just received the same calls after I applied online looking for loans to buy my books for school. They knew all of my info, right down to my references...t­hey even called my refs threatening to have me arrested...ple­ase report them to the FTC and the police department. Apparently there is a scam going on; they are using info taken from Cashnet.USA applicants and harassing them for money. Cashnet.usa and the authorities are aware that this is going on, so don't worry. I called cashnet.usa and they said that the FBI and FTC are investigating the issue. The phone number for cashnet is 866-254-3581 . They will take your info and ask you some questions. As far as the phone calls, if you can get a block or some type of trace, I would do that. Get as much info as you can. But do not believe a word they say. Even if you really do owe money, you CAN NOT get arrested. If they were legit, they would send you a written do***ent, not call you with threats. There are many "companie­s" preying on people who they know can't afford a lawyer; they get the info a number of ways: through stealing info from a legit site(such as the people who called you), acquiring an expired pay day loan, or simple tactics scammers use to steal people's information. From now on, I will either apply by phone or in person. There are so many legitimate businesses out there, but a few bad ones who have spoiled the bunch.

I am receiving calls from this so called company and they threaten my company and told them if I dont call them back they will send the police to arrest me. It has to do with some pay day loan which NEVER in my life have i taken a loan or nor do I ever have to.. They even called 2 of my friends

had received call from Marie stating that she was as officer of the BUreau of Crimal investigations­. state that they were going to take me to court for payday loan. has anyone heard of them. when i did reverse search on phone number it comes up unlisted

man called my job and my house stating his name is officer martin with office of special investigations­. he already has my social and dl. went to police and filed a police report.

Got a few calls from him at work especially. My company is pressing charges. So I decided to have a little fun. Had a lawyer friend call him back and he got all f****ered. This friend referred to him as Officer Crayola considering every name he had was a color. He got extremely f****ered and said he'd have me arrested....we­ll...I blocked the number and called back asking for an Officer Jill Blue....just to see. Guess what? THE SAME GUY ANSWERED!!!!! So I told him I was calling a buddy in the FBI to have him checked out before I give him any info and he hit the same threat and ***g up. Called him a***n and told him I was still waiting. He told me not to call back a***n, so I called him and said I was outside waiting.....ma­n he got ****ed.

My friend had a call from Mr. Bishop as well. They call me and we don't even know how they got my phone number. Anyway, I reported to the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation. They said they are calling from the Bureau of Criminal Investigation. They c****e the name a little to avoid legal charges as fraud. I was told this by and actual TBI officer. Be careful and report any call to the authorities and do not give them any information. If they tell you that they are sending the police to arrest you ask them to be present that they you can see each other. They will not show up! They will get cough.

caller called from 901-457-1573 saying he is Officer Bishop, apparently this place has c****ed their number because I use to get phone calls from the same place only under a different number. I had filed bankruptcy and I had told these people to call my lawyer, the calls stopped for quite awhile because I also called the companies who were involved in my case they stated they did not have this person call me. My lawyer told me to tell him to call her and he out and out refuses to call her. I told him I reported him to the Maryland State's Attorney's office and the calls stopped for about 3 months, they are back now. This is a scam. I guess I will have to call the state's attorney's office agian

Call from a "Jim Black" Bureau of Criminal Investigation HA! Threatened me with fraud investigation. Wouldn't even tell me what debt this is related to. Now is calling 2x an hour!!!!!!!

I called this person back after two phone calls from them. He refused to tell me what company he worked for or what info he had on me. I advised him that if they called me a***n I would press charges. They don't have my SSN but he did try to get it from me. I have two recorded voicemails from this person.

Whose # is this? Any help is appreciated.

They say they are with zip and cashnet payday loans, they have some of your personal info and that if you do not pay up they will take legal action, I refused and they say they will send the police to my door step in 2 hours. what do I do?
