sky I didnt s**** receiving these spam calls until we switched over to verizon , this caller is cello partnersship with DBA Verizon SPAM caller, is anyone else a verizon customer and rec'd this call? if you have alert teh gov on dont call list. This is looking like verizon sold these n umbers

calls every day - "telemarketer" claiming to call for some security company asking tons of questions about employees, finances, etc ****s up as soon as you try to ask them anything or tell them to stop calling.

cd1999 called from 0000 but left a call back number of 904-239-3954, these people, officer mike peterson badge number 1535 (indian guy), said the same thing, sending investigators within two days, i will be behind bars within 2 days, he is ruining my Christmas, refuses to tell me anything, i have called my phone provider and actually have blocked the number.

Dee I've gotten several messages yes****ay, 10/26/10, from 904-239-3950 from Officer Gary Smith, Shawn Martin,and Gary Smith.  Two of those calls were ****-up calls.  They all say that they are calling from Central Investigation of Finance in Florida.  There were six calls (8 incl. the two ****-ups) between 2:21 P.M. and 7:30 P.M.  The last two threatened to call the police to come to my home and place of business to have me fired and to put me in jail for life.  I called the FTC this afternoon and they told me that this is a third party scam that's been going on for some time now and that they are violating the Fair Debt Collection Act.  If you want to call them to complain, please have any and all phone numbers that these people might have called you with and the company name, if you have one.  The FDCA # is: 1-877-382-4357.  Good luck to all of you and PLEASE don'e even bother to call them back up for any reason.  They will only argue with you and threaten you.

Don't give them any info or anymore I have been contacted and told I owe $350.00 and will settle for $800.00 by the 18th march I have turned all the e-mail into the cops I was surprised they had so much info on me but they were not able to show me proof I owed this bill just generate a invoice don't give into them!! its all a fraud!!!!!

This guy called me and left a message stating that his name was John Barker and I "had better call him quickly."  This is a total scam and I have reported him to the Attorney General's office.  It probably won't do any good, but if anyone is reading this, just know it is a ripoff scam and they are just trying to get your money !!!!

How can we get these people to stop calling and threatening us? I have a young Son and when I get a phone call from an Officer Joseph Verde at 904-239-3952, it scares the heck out of me. He told me that if I didn't call then he wishes me good luck and God Bless you for what may happen next. What can we do to stop these maniacs??

Got a call from an Officer Thomas Mitchell or Thomas Winter (voicemal message) staing that he was ffrom the "Financial Crimes Division" and telling me that if I didn't respond to his call, it would be taken as non-compliance and wishing me " a good luck'.  Had foreign voice - sounded Indian.  This has been going on with various phone numbers around the country and various names since January 2008 - I am always told that they have my name and SS#.  That's why I got "Lifelock"

Received a message from this number, a man with a very heavy accent named Charles said I need to call back right away regarding a legal matter and I better not ignore the phone call or I will have legal problems.  If this was a legit agency, they would not leave a threatening message on the answer ma****e.
