These guys were calling me about an account that was real old. You can't expect me to pay for so****ing from 5 years ago!!! I tried talking to them but they didn't seem to get it. I googled their company name "Global Credit" and found their website. I sent a request to stop bugging me. A manager called me back a couple days later and told me they were closing my account. The website is http://www.glo­balcollection.­net

TheCaller stated he was from Global but would not give a name. Said a law suite had been filed a***nst me for a debt to Capital One. There has been no lawsuit filed a***nst me. Caller was threatening, yelling, talking over me, refused to provide full company name, his name, etc. I told him to stop harrassing me and I ***g up. He proceeded to call my cell phone, while I was at work 15 more times in less than 15 minutes. Then he called my work twice in a row, he left a message with my****istant on the first call stating he was with "Global Specialists". I did not return his call right away as I was at work and working. He called back within 10 minutes at which time I took the call. As soon as I answered he s****ed yelling and threatening me. I told him to stop talking over me and to never call me at work a***n.

Contact the Ca***ian government via the website and if enough of us complain maybe they will do so****ing. It is a scam do not believe anything. I work for a large credit union and this is text book scamming.

This is a colledtion agency for Capital One named Global Credit

This number has been calling me as well but they as for my Dad about "an urgent matter"  these people of no life!!!! I now just ignore it hopefully they will stop calling me

This number has been calling me relentlessly now for over 3 weeks. I ignore them all bu,t one message left by them on my answer ma****e said "We have really, really , good news for you so please call us back at..." I tell you what, I was half tempted to pick up the phone but, I did not. These telemarketers are getting pretty slick these days. And more annoying then ever.

I s****ed receiving calls from this number a few weeks ago but I am never home when they call. My answering ma****e kicks on and they **** up. Yes****ay they called a***n and someone s****ed talking but cut off before he could say his name.

I received a call from this same number a few days ago and some guy by the name of Robell or similar asked to speak to our granddaughter who does not, and has not lived at our home. He called her by name and said so****ing similar to the above comment about a law suit and deeply personal, blah, blah....I let him talk but then ***g up without a reply from my end.  No other calls from that number have come in. I certainly will not return this call. Thank you for this service you provide.

I also submitted this at the 800notes.com website: Oct. 1st, got the end part of a recorded message saying to press so****ing to speak to someone. Naturally, I did not. Got the next one Oct. 2 at 0940. Let the voice mail take it, and there was a robo-message, even a name ("Mr. Rubell"), but no company name given, and quite mysterious about why they needed to reach a totally unfamiliar name inserted by robotic voice.   "Mr. Rubell" gave 866-915-5210 as the toll-free number to call back. However, I just googled it, and it all seems to be part of the same scam. I have no intention of calling either number, but the major question is, how do we get them to stop calling? Even when we know enough not to take the calls, they're still disruptive. And how/why did they get my phone #?   Any idea what authority this might be reported to that could get some action?

theyve been calling me for awhile the last message they left me was that they have a problem with me, its always the same voice, sometimes he claims hes a manager and hes surpised its gotten to him, other times its been we have some surprising good news for me

answered call from this number and was asked if my name was Steve I asked who was calling he said you don't know me but I represent you in a law suite a***nst Capital one. can you verify your birth date I said no and ***g up on him he called back immediately and said very angry you need to answer my questions I replied f*** off your a w**ker don't call this number a***n and ***g up. he diden't call back. Some kind of scam I would think

They keep calling to my cell.  No message left. I just got a private line at home that it is not supposed to be on any listing book.  You know what? they got it and take turns calling my private line and my cell? Privacy does not exist in this country anymore???

I have gotten this number on my cell phone for the last time. The next time they call, don't answer it.

My parents got me a tracfone for my birthday so I set it up that night, when I wake up in the morning, I have a missed call with that number... I have had the phone and phone number for less then a day...

Wow they are really good.  They have been calling for a while now, and I normally let it drop to voicemail   Well just now, not only did they call my personal cell phone, but at the exact same time they were also calling my work cell phone.  That is talent

They called me asking for my ex bf and they need him for an urgent matter and I won't give the number b/c it doesn't sound real.  should I be worried?

Receiving phone calls from this number asking to call another 866 number back. Called the number  the man said it was a message for my daughter and I told him she does not live here. I asked him to stop calling and he said he had every right to call a million times a week if he wanted. I told him this was my number(on the do not call list)and to remove my number from his list and he said he could not because the number had been given out to him by my daughter.I also told him to send it in a letter to her and he did not say that he had tried. I can't believe anyone giving info over the phone to an unsolicated call.  She lives 3 hours away and when I called her, she did not know who they were. It seems like a shady company.

I received a call from this number stating they had spoken with me before. I do not know these people or what they need. I never returned the call

These people are calling for my husbands ex wife and she hasn't live here for over 20 years and has been remarried since. they use and automated message to call a certain number but i didn't write it down. was going to call the number back from ID and give them a piece of my mind. I am tired of people calling for her. Yes I am going to give her a peice of my mind if she is giving out our number.
