Said they were sueing me & wanted to verify my address, ect....

Called my job and said they needed to speak to me for legal reasons and gave my co-worker a file number. This happened last year with another number and matches the scenarios listed below. If it was a lawyer, they would have to provide paperwork and the government would have to send paperwork as well. This is absolutely a scam.

Nicole Stone called me from “Claims Processing Division“ saying I was in breach of contract and owe $2000 in late fees and legal fees. Told me to hire a lawyer because 6 agencies are after me for breach of contract.

Mrs. Williams claims to be a paralegal for a breach of contract a***nst my name and social thought didn't state my name or social or identify law firm. It's unlikely they're real or licensed in my state.

I was in breach of contract and my SS # has been identified, etc. stated I needed to call back immediately @ 912-225-6200

Claimed I owed a debt and it was being sent to courts in my county. Had my last 4# ssn, a 4 & 20 year old address, and an actual debt I owed and dropped off my statute and credit report over 15 years ago.

Called looking for a Amy Stric****d, said she was using me as a reference for breach of contract and if this wasn't true that she would remove from the file.

Miss Williams says there's a case with my name and ss#. And I or my lawyer needs to contact her

Same script as above - claimed to be an attorney, very aggressive, said a dispute was being raised a***nst me. Called my husband's phone and said it was an emergency number listed for me and that I needed to return the call as soon as possible or paperwork would be filed a***nst me.

Left a voice mail message for Mr. Roberts. Wanting a call back with a case number 800 0178 No Mr. Roberts at my number. Pretty sure it's a scam caller, I've had my number for a while now. It's used as an emergency number only. In other words not givin out.

Said there was a judgment a***nst [complete Starbucks garble of my name] and I needed to call them to avoid an action a***nst me. I’ve never lived in Georgia, where the call came from; they never identified themselves; and it feels spammy AF.

So****ing about a claim being filed a***nst me and court requires blah blah blah recording. Complete scam spam. They want your soc sec etc. to tell you who and what they are.

Claims to have judgement a***nst but never reveals who she is with. Just says her office has received judgement.
