Have asked the company repeatedly to stop calling my business cell phone and they refuse. Have asked them to please send me a letter in writing and I will respond...and they continue to call. There is always a recording to wait on the line!

It is a collection agency...CACSI operating as Guardian Financial.

Leaves messages but doesnt say who they are or what they want

If you answer the call it says "Please hold for an important business matter" and then a person will talk to you. I just got my phone from AT&T (cell phone) and this number is calling me and ask for A woman named kera pennlin (sp).I spent 15 mins telling this company that im NOT who they are looking for and infact im a guy and they are looking for a girl.   They kept asking to speak with this girl.   I told them over and over, Im a GUY they are looking for a GIRL. This is a cell phone and I got this number and phone a few months ago. They still kept asking me when I planed to pay!  After I told them im not who they are looking for the first time, They asked "is your socal number **********X and date of birth **/**?"  They read to me someone else's SSN and DOB!  That's SCARY!   makes you wonder how safe ebay is huh.   After 15 mins of me telling them im not this girl! and I don't know this girl! I demained they remove my number from their list. They told me the only way to stop their calls is to pay the bill. I told them yeah sure! I will pay someone else's bills, send me your bills I will pay them too!  and ***g up.  Now they call at least once a day...... Sometimes you meet people like this, that you wish their mother had medical plans that included abortion!  It would make for a better world!

I to found Thomas Hubbard to be very rude.  He told me to pull out my wallet and just pay the payment.  I ***g up on him and he repeatily called back about 10 times.

The company harass people on behalf of ebay/paypal  which is kinda of a joke because those are 2 of the worst run companies out there now. I owed them 12$ and half the time there site is not working so you can even pay them if you want to.  even funny some ****** survey thing came up while i was trying to figure out how to pay those idiots and that didn't work either.

My phone ringed and it was this number. I picked up, and an answering ma****e said: "Hello, we have important information regarding Mark Haskins if this is Mark Haskins please press 1". Mark Haskins is a boy from my school so, out of curiosity, I pressed one. A lady that goes by the name of Ms. Annie said: "hello may I speak to Mark". I said: "yes this is he". My being 15, the lady noticed that I wasn't an adult so she immediately replies with "may I speak to an adult please" and I **** up the phone.

Calls about 10 times a day!!!

keep calling and asks for a spanish name that I can't understand. Very annoying!

This company is so full of it they are a company representing Ebay who promises all the free ads but later charge you for ****** ****

Tom Hubbard called me.  It is a bill collector.  He told me that I know as much about legal matters as running a business and ***g up on me.  Do not waste your time contacting them unless you want to be verbally abused.

I keep getting calls from (913) 888-8300 and they ask for Todd Graphics.  I called them back and they got very rude to the point of obscene.  They keep saying they will remove my number, but the next day they call back.

PAYPAL!!!! paypal is awful. calling on behalf of paypal for a debt apparently feel that calling someone repeatedly multiple times a day day after day is justified even if owed money.

They've been calling and harassing me for about 6 months now, same as you guys, about some old ebay payment that was only $10 on an old account that my ex wife had set up and never paid but she put it in my name (i still have my ebay account in fact and it's fine). Their still calling about 3 or 4 times a day, I've gotten sick of them calling harassing me so I just pick up and **** up, but they call back about 2 hours or so later. I'd also like to report these *****s. Even though the debt was my ex's problem I took care of it through paypal nearly 4 months ago, and these people are still calling harassing me over $10, it's absolutely pathetic to harass somebody for 6 months over $10, but to harass somebody over $10 that was already paid really ****es me off. If these low-lifes keep calling harassing me I'm going to sue the living **** out of them, I've told them several times to stop calling and that it was already paid but it's always some mexican who can barley speak english and they don't understand half of what I'm saying...If anybody has any information on how I can report these drooling ignorant people please do inform me.

They call everyday and leave a robot voicemail with a number to call back. (866)598-1705.  The number is not in service.  Ridiculous.I did have a past due ebay account but I paid in full last week.

This is a s***my collection Agency saying I have a past due balance on Ebay.  They have called my cell phone repeatedly. The first time I talked to them I asked for a written verification of the debt, asked them not to contact me by telephone and told them I was going to be recording this call. They immediately ***g up.They have called several times since(like 50X) when I answer I informed them they are in violation of the FDCA and I was considering legal action. I have been trying to get the company's information when they call, but all I get is some sort of mumbled Philippine call center answer.  Could someone please get the name and address of this company as they obviously are violating the state and federal law. I wish to file complaints a***nst them with my state Attorney General and file suit in small claims court.

they are a life insurance company. it looks like a solicitation to me.

I have also gotten a call from this number.  My experience with the electronic voice is exactly the same.  I can't imagine why I would be getting harrassed by a bill collector, but I would like to report them to the appropriate agency.  Who would that be?

This is a bill collector. Ignore their calls and report the number to appropriate agencies that can STOP them from calling. This is an abusive practice and should be stopped. Do not take their calls but if you do just politely ask to be removed from their call list and **** up. Do not engage in conversation.Best wishes!

they call leave a message once a day on my mobile phone saying that its important to call back but they don't say who they are and what they want but its a computer voice not a live person

They leave messages wanting a call-back, but won't say who they're with or what they want.  Kinda creepy.  Who would return a call like that?  Some Googling shows a phone number match with "USCO Distribution Services" (which has no website) from Kansas, but I've never done business with such a company.
