Have asked the company repeatedly to stop calling my business cell phone and they refuse. Have asked them to please send me a letter in writing and I will respond...and they continue to call. There is always a recording to wait on the line!

I ignored the call.

I had the same problem so I called the company direct.  The only way you can talk to a person is to hit the "make a payment" promp.  It seems they have "collectors" all over because the one that I dealt with was E. B. Dial.  They sent me a letter with no specific information.  When I called he was rude and ***g up on me.
