Leave a CommentI had the same problem so I called the company direct. The only way you can talk to a person is to hit the "make a payment" promp. It seems they have "collectors" all over because the one that I dealt with was E. B. Dial. They sent me a letter with no specific information. When I called he was rude and ***g up on me. I believe they know these collections are bogus and if CACSI aren't part of this scam directly they are doing nothing to stop it. I called ebay and turned them in. I was lucky enough to receive a letter to fax to them but you should report them to ebay or paypal. Here is the info on CASCI. What are they elgible of doing.?? Can they arrest you for owing 20 bucks.?? This Is a lil scary lol I'm clueless
I got a call from them on 913 number and I did not answer (I don;t answer calls from numbers I don't know) so it went to voice mail, it was a ma****e, very ***ue did not say what company their were with (I thought by law they had to) it just said call them back at a 866 number and referance some long number. If they are a collection agency give them NOTHING. Collection Agencies and the people who work for them are the s*** of the earth. If you did not receive anything in the mail saying you owe so****ing (I mean the original creditor if any would by law need to contact you first before sending you to collections) And if the collection agency still calls and gives you a hard time, ask who was the original creditor, a***n by law they have to give it to you, and if they do call that company directly, and tell them you do not deal with collection agencies but will deal directly with them and work so****ing out with them, you see collection agencies get a percentage of money collected so if you do not give them anything hopefully there will be less ******s in the world.
Well I got call from someone at this number. the caller ID says Guardian Financial. Now they were NOT calling about me oweing money to anybody. But the person said that they were calling Arkansas People First Cliff Fortner Chapter of Searcy of which I am the chapter president. People First is a Self-Advocacy Org for People with Disabilities that is run by People with Disabilities. I am considered staff in the state org. Now in the local APF chapter, we do NOT owe anybody any money whatsoever. So HOW dare these SOBs call me trying to scam money out of the local APF chapter of which I am currently local president of. I will NOT allow or let any SOB scam our local APF chapter out of any money. They have NO right to OUR chapters money. They need to have legal action taken a***nst their sorry A****.If you question that you owe paypal money, then try to login to YOUR paypal account to check things out. Also contacf Paypal at ONCE and also report these SOBs to paypal at s****@paypal.com or [email protected], especially if you get any kind of email from them. But DO report their A** to the legal authorities ASAP.See People have donated what money that we have in the local APF chapter to OUR chapter and as a chairty we are held accountable as to how we spend the money and what we do it. And NO I have NOT done anything to where I have caused the chapter to owe anybody any money as I AM a honest, truthful and trustworty person and ***ODY had better say anything bad about me or I MAY come after YOU with a lawyer in tow and get YOU.I guess this is all for now.
These people keep calling and using a voice recorded message and will not stop calling. These peoples phone number needs to be terminated. They are abusing thier phone priviledges and should be punished.
Look up the fair debt collections practices act and how companies have to follow it.They can only call between 8AM and 9PM your ti*****ey can not call repeated with the intent to abuse or harass.Check the laws, these half **** collections agencies could be paying your past due bills and amounts owed, IN FULL. Do not believe it if they say that they do not have to follow it because they are in another state, it is federal. Also, check your state's laws, as they might be more restrictive.
I recieved a call this evening from CACSI. I didn't know who it was since the number came up as unknown, which means I don't usually answer (to many solicitors). However, they just let the phone ring and ring over and over. When it would cut off, they'd call right back. Finally I answered thinking a possible emergency. I got a young girl at first who did not identify herself. She s****ed very rudely telling me she had called about a debt I owe to Ebay, I do owe them a small amount, so I decided to speak with her about it. I attempted to make payment arrangements, at which time she s****ed Very rudely saying that she wanted to talk to my HUSBAND about the debt and that if my payment didn't go through, they would sue me.(My husband has NOTHING to do with my Ebay business.)At this point, I asked for her supervisor. I am almost certain that the person I got was NOT a supervisor of anything! He was even ruder than she was, swearing at me and saying to me (and I quote) "You are so full of sh**", because I said I couldn't make a payment until after Christmas (Ebay is my only source of income). When I asked for a further supervisor, he said there wasn't one, to which I replied "I'm pretty sure you don't own the company, so there IS someone above you." His response was "Oh there is, but I'm never going to let you talk to them."After all of this, I ***g up the phone. Well, of course, it began ringing a***n immediately and did so for 20 minutes until I answered a***n. The rest of the call consisted of him screaming at me, making very personal insults, and refusing to tell me where he was calling from. Finally I did get CACSI out of him, and hence this note.I don't think I've ever been treated so badly in all my life. As I said before, I was trying to make payment arrangements, I really don't know what the personal attack was for. All it did was succeed in upsetting me and my entire family for no reason.I guarantee that I will NOT let this matter go, I am going to pursue making sure this childish and unprofessional behavior does not upset someone else as it did me.
Yea this lady Susan called me twice once on a blocked number. Talks way way to ***s so I cant write down anything she telling/ Finally second call came w caller id number which I called back and left a message for someone. I owe paypal money but cause a lady returned a laptop that was clearly stated broken no return . So thus she raised my action price and no one wanted it since. I hate paypal hold your money up to 14 days after sale if the nuy never rated you and you have to call into get the funds released. Plus ebay wont let you list unless you use paypal. They control everything. Why cant Susan state why she calling or where from and slow the heck down when talking.9
How does anyone get a debt with paypal they take money from your active accounts and payments will not get cleared until they get the money this paypal debt what a bunch of Bull i have been using paypal for 10 years if im 0.10$ short in my account payment will no clear and anyone one who will not tell you who they our or what company they realy work for does not deserve your time on the phone report them as harassing calls
Oh, almost forgot. If you're going through rough times just let them know (in writing) and ask for a flexible payment plan with low interest if there is any. Watch what happens when you ask this question WHILE you're being nice and friendly and thankful on the phone with the rep. They are people just like you. No, I do not work for CACSI. I owe money to PayPal too. F*** :) Getting ready to call CACSI back myself. Will let you know what happens...
I think you should call the CACSI people back and ask them for specifics. They will give them to you and they are most cooperative. Imagine them receiving a call back from someone that is REALLY POSITIVE! YOU can make a difference and 90% of the battle will be won in your charm and soft and thankful voice. Forget everything else because it doesn't matter. Just call them and be nice. Follow-up with your responses in writing and avoid discussing details of your case on the telephone since they record everything. Just get your story straight and ask them if you can fax or email it to them for their reference. If you talk about the details of your case on the phone you may forget so****ing or possibly implicate yourself by accident. Ya know? Tim
CACSI is a real company, nothing about it is bogus. It is previously Guardian Financial. All of the Paypal/Ebay calls are real...they do not get your information off of Credit Bureaus, Mr. ******logist (you are just mad you didn't pay your bill and someone called you to collect...I don't think you should be robbing the creditors in the first place.) If you have an Ebay or Paypal bill and you think it's Fraud, go on the online chat and speak to Ebay...if you have anything outstanding and in question...go on the online chat and talk to Ebay about it...IF you have an acct that is suspended Ebay will send the file to Collections and Collections IS NOT an easy job.
These people keep calling me and I have no idea who they were so I looked up the number and it is Guardian Financial. Well first things first I do have a Paypal but I have not been able to logon to it for a very long time and the bad thing about it is it was attached to me ebay(which i cant login either). I have no idea whats going on if i have to pay money that i didnt use im *****ed. I dont know whats going to happen? Please help me if you can. What should i do? I got a thing in the mail saying i have an obligation of $800 that i never used. PLEASE HELP! Email me at [email protected] thanks.
Tom Hubbard is back at it a***n, our business just received a phone call from him and presented us with an email and bogus charges, stating he was working for an accounting agency and "cleaning up the books" of one of our vendors. After talking with the president of this company there are no****ociations with our vendor and CACSI, and the statements he sent us were false.
Susan Called me today!!! but the message was suspecious so I Googled the 913#(Kansas) and the CACSI Name and found this board, Do I Owe them Money or are they just scamming good ppl? I don't think im in debt to anyone...Help!
This ****head called me first from a blocked phone number and stated i had a debt from PayPal and wanted to know if i was going to pay it. I said i don't owe any debt to PayPal and asked for proof, he got mad and said he didn't have any and it didn't matter anyhow, Paypal said I owe it. I got upset and yelled back telling this a**hole not to call me a***n and ***g up. He called right back but this time he forgot to block his phone number, the ****** a**!! So he s****ed yelling at me saying he will keep calling until i pay the bill and i said "you son****ch do not fu***g call here a***n or I will call the sheriffs dept and they will fu***g stop you !!!" and ***g up and that was it, he quit for the time being. His phone # comes back to Beatriz Rodriquez, 10503 Mastin St A,Overland Park, Kansas, 66212 when I check on internet but caller ID says Guardian Fin.Next time he calls I am pressing the record ****on and telling him the conversation is being recorded and I will state date & time and then ask for his full name and company name and phone number. I expect at this point he will have already ***g up on me. If not i will tell him no debt is owed and do not call me a***n.This will be used as evidence in case he does continue calling in a small claims suit.
913-888-8320. They called me and used strong arm tactics. They didnt know I'm a ******logist. I was able to determine the person on the line was telling a lie and when I pressed further they s****ed shouting and then ***g up.I received mail from them which had a false bill. This company takes information from credit bureaus and tries to scam money from trusting individuals. Do Not do anything they ask for! BEWARE!
'Susan' called and would only say she represented 'CACSI' and would not tell me who 'CACSI' was and got very rude when I refused to identify myself further. I told her I did not speak to people I did not know or that I did not contact... too many rip-offs...

These jack a**es called me today, too. Guardian Financial doing collections. Their numbers were 913-888-8320 and 913-888-8304. The caller said that his name was Tom Hubbard but gave no company name. When I pressed him for a company name, he admitted that he was not an employee of the creditor but that he was with CACSI. He did not mention Guardian Financial, but that is the name showing up on the caller i.d.
Very ***ue message left by Susan, googled the 800 # she gave me came back to a Guardian Financial -- Debt collector
