CT I received a partial pre-recorded message from this company today. At the end of the recording they provided the following information:800-860-0644120 Corporate BoulevardNorfolk, VA 23502I did a Google search on the address, and it came up as Portfolio Recovery****ociates.There are a LOT of reports about them being Fraudulent, and producing phony affidavits, etc.Here are some of the links, check these out for yourself!!!
