Person called said he was an attorney from a law firm[coopers law firm]and stated that unless i paid 250 dollars that my son would be arrested for fraudulent loan info.He stated his name was Jeff.He told me my son had to appear in court following day at 11:30.I replied what courthouse he replied the one in North Carolina didnt know what county.I requested loan info ,paperwork he refused to send me anything.He refused to give me his address,his last name.He stated 3 different years that this took place,his routing and account numbers were wrong.The only thing he had right were my sons name,birthdate and social.He definately has aquired it illegally.There is numerous complaints about this company.They are scammers who aquire peoples info and try to extort money by saying you will be put in jail if you dont give me a certain amount.This phone number is the new number their old number 915-440-4100.Same people.Always middle eastern uses different american names.They have been reported to multiple agencies of law enforcement.Their is even a law firm looking for more info so they can file a class action suit a***nst these people.Their company is based in clint,texas right near the boarder probably for a quick gettaway.SCAMMERS
