This is a Google Voice number belonging to a Jorge Elijah Gonzales. He is a romance scammer. States he is either from the Canary Islands/Spain or Albanian with Spanish background. States his previous love (fiancée) passed away, lost his mother at the age of 12, and grandmother seriously ill and needs money to help her with treatments. States he has a PhD in Engineering and is a Project Manager for AECOM.
