Ben Total scam and rip off.

Unknown number calling after 11pm repeatedly. Declined call with message that I don't answer unknown numbers & to pkease text, no response. Next message asked who it was, no response. Last message asked, "Who are you", still no response. I have officially BLOCKED that number!
