Txted with this number for 2 nights the 3rd night s****ed asking me for money to keep this phone turned on if I wanted to keep conversing

My fiance just received a call from this number 443-993-3653, the caller stated that this was a call informing him that he is under investigation for money laundering in a state that he has never been in and they were going to freeze his accounts and issue him a new ss#. He then told him to text him on this number 916-888-4917 after he goes to Walmart and get a gift card transferring all of his money to the gift card.

They call all the time you tell them to stop but they keep calling !!!!! It's a big SCAM!!!!!!
