i got a call from this number last night and they stayed on the line for 30 seconds without saying a thing. i called back and vm box was full.

Got a call today from both telephone numbers listed.  First one came in at:919-926-7725 then few minutes later I got another call from 919-521-4730. Tried calling them back and all I got was a disconnected i recorded message.
