Scam

Someone from India in broken English said they were looking for my services. I think it may be a debt collector for a relative, I've had this problem before. You can have great credit and still get harassed by debt collectors if any relative owes money. They often use s****ed numbers.

They provide counseling and work-life services.

This is an employee****istance program

Saw on my phone that this number is located in the US. I live in the Netherlands!! Didn't answer call.

Spam. Automated spam. Unwanted and no way to remove from list. Spam. Spam. Spam.

Just did a reversal on them and yes they are a debt collection company. Not a medical office of any kind.

Called me (a doctor) 3 times within 2 minutes & left no message. I tried to return the call, but without an extension to refer the switchboard operator to, I had no way of knowing for whom I should ask.

I work at the company that owns this phone number.  We work with employee****istance programs to provide research and referrals to individuals who recieve the benefit through their employer - if you recieved a call from us, we were either trying to reach you to provide some information you requested, or we were attempting to confirm any services you might provide so that we could refer you to a client. Because we are humans, we sometimes also misdial and call you simply by accident.  We are happy to answer any questions you might have about recieving a call from us.

I don't know about not saying anything, but I hear beeping, which is most likely from a recording device. I seriously hope the company that's doing this goes bankrupt, I've got too much to do to handle this kind of nonsense.

They call and when you answer, they stay on the line but no one speaks. Called back and answering ma****e comes on. What kind of company is this? They are located in Raleigh, NC?
