I received a call from them today on my cell phone!  She said there was an extra charge on my phone bill.  I told her I didn't have a phone, she asked if I had a cell phone, I said yes and she said ok and then ***g up.  Is it possible for them to steal my cell phone service?  Interesting thing is that just the night before, I had signed up from Qwest's dsl service and gave them my cell number.  I don't have a phone service.  I think that's where they got it from.  I don't know if someone is stealing this information from Qwest and passing it on to this company or if they are getting it in some other way.
