I received a call from a man with a thick indian accent today named Mark Nicohols from this same phone number. He called my job, my mother, and left messages on my house number. When I called him back he read me an affidavit with all my info stating that he was going to have me arrested for non payment of an online payday loan. I asked for so****ing in writing and he ***g up the phone. We need to report this person.

A man by the name of Kane Walker.  "OFFICER" Kane Walker keeps calling my place of employment. He threaten to have me arrested for unpaid on-line loan that I owe money for.  He has a thick Indian accent and said if I don't paid the amount owed he would have the authorities come by my job and arrest me.  From the area code, I know this "person" is working out of So. Orange County, CA.  Is there any where I can file a complaint with the state of CA a***nst this company?  Or make them aware of what's going on?
