this is a 3rd party debt collector who will call all references listed on a defaulted loan. If you have a deadbeat relative or friend who borrowed money, listing you as a reference, and didn't repay, they will call you. Nasty messages on your answering ma****e, threatening to take you to court for debts you don't owe. No luck at all getting them to stop calling, they have no regard for the word NO.
