Password c****ed but not from AT&T listed number and no information

I called the number, said it was disconnect, & no longer in service.

This call was to reduce my land line phone bill and left the girl left a 800 981-4999 to call back. I checked out both numbers and they are belong to individuals not a company. Also checked all phone numbers with individuals work history and though the companies listed sounded legit I could not find any address or direct web site address. Suggest not to answer and block.
