This call was to reduce my land line phone bill and left the girl left a 800 981-4999 to call back. I checked out both numbers and they are belong to individuals not a company. Also checked all phone numbers with individuals work history and though the companies listed sounded legit I could not find any address or direct web site address. Suggest not to answer and block.

They called me a***n today, and ***g up as soon as I answered. Maybe one of those ma****es that keeps dialing and connects only the first person who answers?

They buy service from reputable phone companies and sell it to you at lower prices - or so they claim. Several reports on the web say that they tack on all sorts of charges so your bill is actually higher, and that they abuse their employees as well. I wouldn't touch them.

I answered. After repeating*****o twice with no reply they ***g up. I *69 but the service was not available to me for this number.

get calls on my home phone. i dont answer and they dont leave a message. just glad they dont have my cell phone #.

Definitely a telephone company.  I asked why they hadn't checked the Do Not Call List.  She said they were a public utility and didn't have to.  She said I'd be calling her at the end of the month when my telephone rates go up.  I doubt that.

Got a call from this number, believe it is from an employee of this company(Cindy McClean) trying to contact my husband using the company's phone number.

I got the same **** up call so called them back. It's Southern California Telephone Company offering a discount service.  I didn't get into what kind of discount since I'm an ATT retiree and already get discounted services.  Asked them to remove me from their call list.  Very polite people though.
